Yes! You can request names, dates, wording, or other customization details in the “Customization & Special Requests” box before check out. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request while keeping your magnet looking beautiful.
Can you create custom magnets with my business logo or branding?
Yes! We can create custom magnets featuring your business logo, branding, QR codes, or promotional designs.
QR codes can link customers directly to your website, social media pages, menus, booking links, reviews, or other online content.
Custom logo magnets are great for marketing, customer gifts, events, giveaways, and business promotions. Please contact us for larger business or bulk orders.
Do you offer live wedding or event magnet services?
Yes! We offer live event magnet services for weddings, parties, graduations, corporate events and other special occasions.
Guests can bring photos from the event to our table and have custom magnets created on the spot as a fun and memorable keepsake.
Can I ship an order directly to someone as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply enter your recipient’s shipping address at checkout and we will ship that order directly to them.

How long will my order take?
Most custom magnet orders are created within 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your customization, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
How long does processing take?
Most custom magnet orders are created within 3 to 5 business days before shipping.
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload multiple photos in one order. Quantity should match the total number of magnets.
Example:
Upload 3 different photos = QTY 3
Upload 1 photo and want 10 copies = QTY 10
Upload 3 photos, 2 copies each = QTY 6
