PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are created and shipped within 3–5 business days. During holidays, large sales, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

CUSTOM & EVENT ORDERS

Large custom orders, business logo magnets, and event/wedding orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and customization requests.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Kawaii Creations by Kimiko is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
